Kids Hair Service Policy

To provide the best experience for every child, please review the following booking guidelines.

Appointments
All services are by appointment only.

Deposits
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your child’s appointment. The deposit will go toward the final service cost.

Cancellations
We kindly ask for 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Child Comfort First
Our goal is to create a positive, stress-free experience for children. If a child becomes overly uncomfortable during the service, we may pause or stop the appointment to ensure their well-being.

Hair Preparation
Please once arrive have your child’s hair:
    •    Fully detangled (unless detangling service is booked)
