Kids Hair Service Policy

To provide the best experience for every child, please review the following booking guidelines.

Appointments
All services are by appointment only.

TRAVEL

If traveling an hour or more is required, an additional $25 travel fee will be added to the current service price

Cancellations
We kindly ask for 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

AGE REQUIREMENT FOR EXTENSION SERVICES

For the safety, comfort, and healthy hair care of our little clients, Amani Kids Studio does not offer hairstyles with extensions for children ages 3 and under. Extension services are available for children ages 4 and up, depending on hair health, style suitability, and the child’s comfort level. Thank you for understanding and respecting our age requirements. 💕

Appointment Deposit Policy

At this time, I do not require a deposit to book appointments.

However, if I arrive for your scheduled appointment and am unable to reach you due to no response (including no answer to calls, texts, or the door), No service, the appointment will be considered canceled. Any future appointment requests will require a non-refundable deposit $half of the next service price before a new appointment can be scheduled.

After a second cancellation due to no service, there will be an additional $50 added to the service.

Child Comfort First
Our goal is to create a positive, stress-free experience for children. If a child becomes overly uncomfortable during the service, we may pause or stop the appointment to ensure their well-being.

Hair Preparation
Please once arrive have your child’s hair:
• Fully detangled (unless detangling service is booked)

For the safety and comfort of everyone involved, I reserve the right to cancel or discontinue a service at any time if the environment becomes unsafe, hostile, or prevents me from providing quality service. This includes, but is not limited to:

Aggressive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior.

Unsafe conditions within or around the service location.

Excessive distractions that prevent the service from being completed safely.

No clean, safe, or designated area available to perform the service.

If any of these situations occur, I will end the appointment immediately and leave the location. Any future appointments may require a non-refundable deposit or may be declined at my discretion.
